I used their website to book an oil change appointment online, I chose the 3:30pm Saturday slot that was available on their website. I get multiple confirmation/service reminder emails throughout the week. Upon arriving, everyone is confused at to why I’m there. They first can’t find my appointment and then they find it and say that don’t do 3:30pm appointments as it takes 90 minutes for an oil change (?) and they close at 4. Multiple workers chime in to say they’ve never seen a 3:30pm oil change appointment and act with a confusion like I didn’t just choose an available slot online. I recommend disabling the 3:30pm slot online. There is nothing more frustrating than meticulously planning yours tasks and being unable to complete them due to the fault of another.

I’ve been a client of Crown Kia’s for years but now never want to return after what they did to my car. Disclaimer- I absolutely love Tomm and Michael and the entire service team. I rate them 5-stars. Kia management I am eating 2-stars. The gist is… After my car stalled out in an intersection with 2500 miles to go before my next oil change, they had me begin an oil consumption test. This was in February 2025. After the first thousand miles, they said “oh, maybe we just didn’t put enough oil in after that one oil change. It’s fine.” Then it happened again. I had to drive another thousand miles and come back. “Well, it’s fine. You didn’t consume oil.” It happened again. Then another thousand miles and they said, “oh you are low. Drive another thousand and if it’s still low, we’ll do a combustion cleaning.” They did the combustion cleaning and, ever since then, my car has been hesitating when I drive it for the first time each day and anytime it sits for a few hours. After the combustion cleaning, they tasked me to drive another thousand miles even though I told them what was happening with my car. That it was really jerking during acceleration. I brought my Kia in for its routine service, my service advisor Jake was awesome, he assured me they will never try to upsell me or tell me something is wrong with the car that isn’t, he had them preform a double check on something a previous shop told me was bad on the car, after two separate mechanics checked they both saw no issues:) Jake was very thorough when going over my cars service statement, before check out Jake also suggested I try out a promo they had going on at the time and I’m really glad he did! Jake’s partner Tomm also has great customer service and made the experience five stars! Will always be back:)

Nehemiah has helped me several times throughout the past year definitely a big five stars for him. Communication is great. He’s transparent and very kind. He makes sure that your car gets serviced as quick as possible and you’re not waiting all day. I’ve had no problems with any service that my car has received. Will keep returning
